Add a plugin that lets you see the current time in different timezones

Please add the action keyword field to the JSON. Also choose a different keyword as there is already a timezone conversion plugin that uses 'tz'. Thanks

There is no need to force different keywords because I am prepared to provide support for assign one action keyword with many plugins.
