Icons on the mobile app note outline are huge

Describe the bug
On the mobile app (I'm on android), when I swipe right and select outline, if a heading has an icon in it, the icon gets blown up to the maximum size

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the mobile app
2. Go to a note that has headings with iconize icons
3. Swipe right and select outline on the drop-down menu
4. Marvel at how huge the icons are

Expected behavior
The icon size should be tied to the text size
