update farmos image to https and add nginx image #15

Creating this image caused issues due to updates in the farmOS code and the drupal version. So decision was made to adapt the current image by mounting the new settings file over the one that exists in the image. This can be remedied more fully when we migrate to a newer version of farmOS. |

The farmos image is updated to have the necessary configuration to serve content over https via an nginx reverse proxy. In addition a image for nginx is created for farmdata2 to be consistent with how other images are handled.
