A user was confused by the docs stating conda initialisation should be removed from ~/.bashrc, and then no reference to conda in the example submission script.

In this PR:

  • clarified conda usage with paragraph stating it needs to be manually initialised once removed from .bashrc
  • changed ARCHER2 reference in heading to Cirrus
  • added conda initialisation and conda env activation to example submission script
