The work is mostly done by Sukhy. I have fixed the tests from failing ( it was failing for 2 errors - Web Compilation and there are 2 test id's with the same name 'upload' on the bulk-edit-file-upload page ) .
I have also added one more validation to check the user gets an error message when doesn't select a file
UPDATE: Added happy path and some validation scenarios. Used hardcoded data in csv apart from ProjectID
