Implemented happy path test for payments useing left menu option.
The first test covers scenario when the receiver name is missing. The second test covers scenario when the receiver account is missing.

The Pull Request contains tests for the payment page available from the left menu. It includes the happy path test as well as two negative scenario tests covering the payment form validation - the missing receiver name and the missing receiver account.
