Note

Upgrades Besu BOM and removes extra BOM/temporary internal dependencies from dependency management.

• Dependencies:
  • Upgrade besuVersion to 25.11.0-RC1-linea2 and import org.hyperledger.besu:bom accordingly.
  • Remove org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-bom import.
  • Remove temporary org.hyperledger.besu.internal dependency set (pipeline, tasks).
