feat: add infisical logo

What changed

• Added src/assets/infisical.svg with Infisical's official square organization mark.

Why

• Mercury PR ComposioHQ/mercury#25620 configures https://logos.composio.dev/api/infisical, but the canonical live asset was absent.

• Limitation: the official square publisher artwork is a PNG embedded byte-for-byte in the SVG wrapper.
