feat: add cardclan logo

What changed

• Added src/assets/cardclan.svg with the official CardClan app icon for Mercury PR https://github.com/ComposioHQ/mercury/pull/25610.

Why

• The canonical cardclan asset was absent, so the toolkit endpoint would fall back to the generic placeholder.

Validation

• Valid SVG/XML with explicit 128 by 128 dimensions and no scripts, external references, fonts, or currentColor.
• The provider publishes the compact icon only as PNG, so the original official bytes are embedded without tracing or recoloring.
• Rendered at 32px, 48px, and 128px on light and dark backgrounds; visible, recognizable, padded, and uncropped in all six checks.
• One-file diff only.
