feat: add openalex logo

What changed

• Added src/assets/openalex.svg with the current official OpenAlex connected-node mark for Mercury PR https://github.com/ComposioHQ/mercury/pull/25617.
• Preserved the publisher SVG path and added a neutral white rounded field plus safe-area padding so the black mark remains visible on dark backgrounds.

Why

• The canonical openalex asset was absent, so the toolkit endpoint would fall back to the generic placeholder.

Validation

• One-file diff only.
