Re-packaged 2026-05-22 — the original upload was missing bootloader.bin and partition-table.bin, so flashing per the quickstart left devices boot-looping on No bootable app partitions (#83, #7). This release now ships the complete six-file set built from the fw-v1.3.1 tag. Flash all six binaries — see Quickstart step 1. Verify against SHA256SUMS.txt.
