in the azure-mgmt release log, I scanned it, every removal is just packages getting shuffled around except for the following, which the CSV marks as deprecated:

- appplatform - deprecated
- batchai - deprecated
- logz - deprecated
- mgmt-media - deprecated
- mobilenetwork - deprecated
- networkanalytics - dep
- playwrighttesting - dep
- servermanager - dep

there is one bug in the above file where azure-mgmt-resource is added twice, it happened because that package is (wrongly) duplicated in the csv 🥲

any removal in azure-mgmt/meta.yaml is either alphabetical shuffling or....it was duplicate and removed because i used a set

That should 100% be cleaned up post-haste. You do not need to deal with that. We just need to clearly error.
