Closing in favour of a manual PR that pins ramsey/composer-install to the 4.0.0 release (65e4f84) rather than the floating v4 branch tip this PR proposed.

The new SHA in this PR (26d8a55) is the current HEAD of ramsey/composer-install's v4 branch and is 10 commits ahead of the only 4.x release tag (4.0.0) — all of them the action's own internal Dependabot churn. Pinning to the 4.0.0 tag gives an honest SHA↔version comment and makes Dependabot track releases going forward. The replacement PR also pins actions/checkout to 6.0.3.
