Swapped sections in Zhuang-ABCA-1 #89
Description
While processing the MERFISH data from Zhuang-ABCA-1 I noticed that the expression pattern of genes seemed discontinuous for 59 and 60. It seems as though the sections may have been swapped in order. This issue is apparent in both the online Brain Knowledge Platform browser as well as all the downloadable data. Due to this, the parcellation annotations seem to have been incorrectly mapped as well.
You can see this pretty clearly by calling for a gene that marks Oligodendrocytes to visualize the white matter. The second and third sections are 59 and 60 respectively from the dataset. It's easy enough for me to swap the section order but is there a straightforward way to remap the parcellation annotations?
