parcellation boundary overlay

Is it possible to get the files to visualize the cells of Zhuang datasets with parcellation boundary overlay similar to what it has been done with Zeng dataset?

The issues to post here will be if you are running into problems with the code in this repo or are finding bugs in the notebooks/website.
