I have added a python file video_detector.py. It can be used to detect objects in a video.
If a user wants to use this file for custom object detection than he/she just has to give the following flags -
Default value of the flags are -
coco - cfg/yolov3.cfg
weights - yolov3.weights
names - data/coco.names
