改动前：首屏 = 交叉推广 → 公告 → 社区信 → 交叉推广 → 目录
改动后：首屏 = 标题 → 公告 → 目录 → 直接进入内容
零内容删除——交叉推广移到底部链接区，社区信折叠可展开。
