Hyura Cell Parts In Creature Editor 1.1-ATO BETA

Basically I forgot to make a release file, I might lack the skills to add all I want, but this is a starting point
The hope is someone can make a pull request to integrate Cell Parts Xtended https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNHNWyrBeBM into the mod (it is compatible as a side) and to integrate some of Cell Stage Plus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iLY2_A2MvA
However I lack the source code for those two mods.
Valla's Limb Unlocker has some code that shares a similar idea with unlocking parts that may have some interest

I'd prefer if people would build their own sporemod files from here, however vanilla suggest that I should probably give an option to share the sporemod directly for windows users
