most of the wsi code is from DXVK native. also includes some small touchups to make everything work, at least on the examples i ran on my machine.
would like feedback on how the SDL2Initializer class works, i basically had to do something like this to avoid depending on SDL2 past just needing the headers.
also, sorry if the meson config edits are bad, it's my first time using it.
