Full-stack ride-hailing platform built with Python Flask, SQLite, and Jinja2 using Agile/Scrum methodology.
U-Ride is a multi-role ride-hailing management system that handles the full lifecycle of ride requests — from passenger and driver registration through to ride matching, booking, and trip management. The system was built across two Agile sprints, delivering a working prototype with role-based access control, driver verification, and a complete admin dashboard.
A live demo was previously deployed on Railway. The full system can be run locally using the instructions below.
- Passenger registration, login, and ride request dashboard
- Driver registration with document upload and verification workflow
- Admin dashboard for approving/rejecting driver applications
- Driver online/offline availability toggle
- Ride matching and trip lifecycle management
- Role-based access control across all user types
- Full session management and secure password hashing
