How to prepare for setup_file and files in setup_file?

In the QC part, you provide a script "QC.sh" to output QC of BS-seq data.
But you did not describe the format of setup_file and its containing files.
Could you provide an example of those files with hg38 version?

There are links to mm10 ad hg38 examples on the main page of the repository, you can download them. However, I agree that the contents ("QC assets") are not well documented.
