Type popup format isn't prettified

Zed v0.214.5 made the TS popups formatted. This plugin doesn't format the types properly.

In this PR - zed-industries/zed#42494

Seems it's specific to vtsls based on the code there, so unsure if the same thing can be added to tsgo here unless that's pulled into the Zed codebase since it requires using a different trait
