Enable automatically for files with deno hashbang

As documented in https://docs.deno.com/examples/hashbang_tutorial/, Deno supports hashbangs. Could files with a deno hashbang automatically be handled by the deno lsp (assuming the plugin is installed), instead of needing additional config?

We currently identify these as Typescript here

These are currently part of the language config.toml and at the moment there is no "Deno" language, just typescript. I don't think there's currently a way to do this, but I think this is a reasonable request.
