When a "relationship" tile runs out of time without upgrading surrounding tiles, it turns into a "garbage" tile instead of simply disappearing. This always happens, even after I've got a "paper" tile.
Is this a bug about handling "break-up 0" tiles, or is it a feature that is not mentioned in the rules?
