Description
Hi there,
It seems that newcomers keep stumbling upon the yesod devel dev server and that it's slow or shows errors.

I just tried the the scaffold and couldn't get yesod devel running on my NixOS whereas stack ghci and DevelMain.update worked.
So my idea is: Should we change parts in the yesod book so that it
- either describes the ghci way instead of
yesod devel - or at least adds notes that the ghci way might be a good / the better alternative?
I'd be also interested if there are devs who really only use yesod devel successfully?
