Filter asset fields using wildcards

Create filter of the asset fields to select assets in :meth:open_data.

The most common asset fields are documented in https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-spec/blob/master/item-spec/item-spec.md#asset-object.

Build filter using Unix shell-style wildcards (use python library fnmatch) and add those filter to **open_params.
