Priority TMDB -> fallback on Fanart.TV

Hi, I have been a Kodi user for many years, and a content creator on TMDB. When you enable TMDB and Fanart.TV in Kodi's scraping settings, the algorithm prioritizes Fanart TV. However, I really wish I had the choice. Indeed, many of us prefer the TMDB database, but Fanart.TV is an excellent support to complete the missing content in languages other than English. So, if we could have a little check mark to select the priority database, without having to give up one or the other, that would be really great!

TMDB Priority:

1. Search TMDB for data relating to your favorite language.
2. If not in the preferred language from TMDB, fall back on Fanart.TV.
3. If not in the preferred language from Fanart.TV, fall back to English from TMDB.

Fanart.TV priority (current setting):

1. Search Fanart.TV for data relating to your favorite language.
2. If not in the preferred language from Fanart.TV, fall back to TMDB.
3. If not in the preferred language from TMDB, fall back to English from Fanart.TV.

I must admit, I also prefer posters from tmdb that use 1:1.5 ratio instead of fanart.tv's 1000x1426 resolution (or tvdb's 680x1000)

But I also want the extended artwork downloaded from fanart.tv. So disabling the fanart.tv setting will give me tmdb posters, but then miss out on discart, banner, clearlogo, etc...
