Feature Request: rainbow_wave #87
Description
Add a new command rainbow_wave that takes a speed parameter. It would be like the rainbow command, except that the colors would move across the keyboard (and wrap when to the other side when they get to the "end).
As a stretch goal: a positive speed moves left to right, a negative speed right to left, and a speed of 0 would be the same as the rainbow command.
