Contribute to make Khmer (KM) available in language swtiching dropdown #1448

This tool is very useful, but it is only available in foreign languages which limited Cambodian people from using the tool effectively. Therefore, My team would like to made the UI of the "Map Builder" available in our local language, Khmer (km).
Describe the solution you'd like
I would be great if the app include Khmer (km) language in the "Select Language" dropdown. My team is willing to contribute both in the translated content and the technical implementation to have Khmer language available.
Additional context
We would like to have Khmer language listed in the dropdown option items and the app will change to Khmer language ready to use.
It would be great if the GFW team can provide guidance on how to properly have this achieved. Does the feature to add another language is available in place or we will need to contribute as GitHub Pull Request?
