Is there any plugin for categories similiar this one?

Hi @jasonbahl, I was looking for a plugin to give me the ability to return all the categories except "uncategorized", then I came across this plugin but I think it's working only for posts. Can you help me please?

@alipiry I'm also looking for solutions to query on custom post types with taxonomies. Did you find anything?
