Feature Request: Copilot CLI Addition

Any plans to add copilot CLI to this? I can try to implement it but didn't want to do double work if this was already in the works.

We'd love to see the Copilot CLI addition. A few notes for the PR:

1. File structure changed - The skill is now at skills/debate/SKILL.md (not skills/debate.md)
2. Three-way debate - The skill supports Claude as a third participant, so consider whether Copilot would be a 4th participant or replace one
3. Session management - Document how Copilot handles sessions (if at all) similar to how we document Gemini/Codex
