Next / Previous image doesn't always update (skips images sometimes)

Pressing next / previous will sometimes display the same image, not updating / skipping that image that wasn't displayed.

This has been an issue for a while that I mentioned to woelper probably about a year ago and forgot to open an issue about. The solution was enabling redraw every frame (and possibly vsync?).

So far I've been able to reproduce this on both Linux and macOS.

I'm adding this to the oculante-next milestone. This is something that is high priority in my opinion.

I can confirm this issue in Windows 11 as well. Enabling "force_redraw" fixes it. Seems to happen more frequently with larger images.
