Improve installation process

As discussed in #871, the current install process is lacking. Here, we can discuss a better process and document it for later implementation in the rewrite.

My current idea is to develop a unified management script that handles the entire lifecycle of a WinApps installation. This includes updating the repository, installing system dependencies, and performing a full Docker or Podman setup if they are not already present. Currently docker is working. The script will automatically generate configurations—allowing users to set usernames and passwords directly—and set up the WinApps Launcher with an optional autostart feature. Additionally, the toolset will provide utilities for monitoring Docker containers, connecting to the desktop via FreeRDP, configuring autostart, managing desktop shortcuts, and facilitating Windows activation through Microsoft Activation Scripts (MAS). My current script is attached. (it surely needs improvement)
