Create key files for user #19
Description
One way of deploying from GitHub or BitBucket private repositories involves the server having its own key files. One puts the public key from the server on the repository. (The hubs don't allow you to use the same public key for two repositories, which makes it difficult to use one's default key from one's workstation.)
If that's the approach, it would make sense to generate the keys as part of the user build process.
