Reset on Invoices Page Does not Trigger change Events

It appears that if user changes the Amount from This Invoice, then hits Reset - the Amount Available does not change.

The change trigger doesn't get fired when Javascript changes the field. Arg. That's ugly. I suppose we could hook the update of Amount Available into the reset somehow, but since that's page-dependent, it's getting uglier all the time.

OTTOMH there might be an event to force the "reset" code to take a new snapshot of the form. If we take a snapshot after the triggers are done on page load, would that help? Since we leave the page on save, I think this might work. But we'd have to rethink if we wanted to implement a save without leaving the page, like we had once upon a time.

Doh! It has nothing to do with what changes, and everything to do with the fact that we change text on the page that's not in a form.

I fear that if we just add another trigger to the "reset" button, it executes before the default action happens, so we'd still be working on the changed version of the data.

The simplest solution might be to display the fields we change as disabled form fields. Then they get reset automatically.

We should probably trigger the "are you sure" behaviour when the user clicks the reset button.

Another solution is to remove the "reset" button altogether. It may not be working in all cases on the invoice form anyway (after a re-search for RTPs, for example).
