sdnext with torch 2.6?

@vladmandic torch removed support for Maxwell and Pascal NVIDIA GPUs in the 2.8 release of torch, meaning if you want CUDA support, you need to use CUDA 12.6 with torch 2.6.

Would you consider creating a torch 2.6 branch in sdnext?

i don't think we even need a separate branch.
you can set torch install command that sdnext will use - for example:

set TORCH_COMMAND="torch==2.10.0+cu128 torchvision==0.25.0+cu128 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128"

so just replace with torch 2.6+cu126 and matching torchvision version.
