Usage with SpatialExample fails

When running example code from the R example: "Usage with SpatialExample" I get an error:

Error in DataFrame(..., check.names = FALSE) :
different row counts implied by arguments

The error seems to be with the command, as there doesn't seem to be an "add_object" function:

dataset <- vc$add_dataset("My dataset")$add_object(w)
