Zooming in/out causes image preview to shift.

This is a weird one. I noticed it because the trackpad on my new laptop reports scroll events every millisecond, which makes the scroll to zoom unusable in minipaint since it happens so fast. But that's beside the point here.

Reproduction

1. Open any image.

2. Zoom way in (5000%+) and back out multiple times.
3. Now notice if you zoom in any amount, the image is cut off on the top and the left.

4. And if you zoom out any amount, the image is cut off on the bottom and the right.

I can reproduce it. I guess this is some strange render issue because of rounding. After save, there are no difference. And only works with bigger images.
