Should update libsrtp to 2.8.0

Context

libsrtp new release 2.8.0: https://github.com/cisco/libsrtp/releases/tag/v2.8.0

However we use our own fork https://github.com/versatica/libsrtp in which we added some stuff and released 3.0.0-beta.

Purpose

• Merge latest changes of upstream libsrtp 2.8.0 into our fork and release a new version.
• And we should check what happened with our custom changes... weren't they be accepted in upstream?

Our changes are in master since 2 years. master is supposed to become v3 sometime but it did not happen yet. 2.8 has been released from 2_x_dev branch.

Of course master is updated but AFAIK there is no ETA for v3.

So what we have is own own fork, with no custom content at all, which we make it point to master and release ourselves. We take such release as our mediasoup dependency. The reason being that libsrtp is not making releases out of master.
