Arquero in Google Apps Script

When I try to use Arquero in Google Apps Script I receive this error message:

ReferenceError: TextDecoder is not defined

I am calling in my code:

Sorry it's not working for you. TextDecoder is a web standard available in modern JavaScript runtimes. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/TextDecoder for more, including a compatibility chart.

Maybe Google Apps is enforcing an earlier (or limited) JS version? If so, you might need to transpile Arquero (using Babel or similar), adding polyfills for "missing" features like TextDecoder.
