let the bot market itself more

I am using release-bot with my own identity. I feel like it could be confusing for others to think that all the comments, issues and PRs are written by me and not by a bot.

I suggest that r-bot would include a line in every message which would tell that it's written by a bot with a link to this repo.

"here" in the above example can be a link to the project repository

I can pick this ticket up if no one has started working on it yet.
