No Closing POS Entry and no stock update

When i tried creating a Closing POS Entry, it wont let me because i followed the step where, i have to do a sub closing first. But after doing a sub closing the Opening POS Entry status closes, so i cant pick it anymore in the Closing POS Entry. Also, there is no stock update whenever i make a sale if i check balance on my item list.

Also, how do manager enter POS, aside from the cashier because for me it just says access denied

Please disable the 'Enable Multiple Cashier' option in POS Profile to follow the default POS flow (sales invoices are generated on POS closing and will update the stock). The Sub POS Closing is for setups where multiple cashiers are enabled.
The manager role does not have access to V2 POS, only cashier role is permitted. If required, you can use V1 POS for the manager and captain roles.
