Bug Description
When I check the doc demo for the Bubble Menu,
I can see two different behaviors.

| The menu disappears after a first toggle. A new text selection doesn't show the menu anymore. | I can select multiple options in the menu., and the menu appears for eacjh selection. |

Expected Behavior
The React menu should have the same behavior as the Vue menu?
