Allow configuring page status warnings

What?

Allow configuration of non-200 page warnings. Ideally, users should be able to customize the log level per status code.

Why?

We should allow the specific statuses and log levels to be configured so that users can opt-out of warnings when they know a page will return a certain code or opt-in to errors if they want to be notified of a broken page.
