Repeated response from gemini cli

Hi, thanks for the tool. This is the only one that I can find which can convert gemini's requests to openai API format.

While I use this tool with gemini, I find that gemini always answers my question twice. I can see that handleStream is invoked twice every time I send an input to gemini. Is there any way to fix that?

This project plan is going to be restructured and will support general any-to-any format conversion, so this issue might not be fixed that quickly.

Therefore, if possible, you can use your agent to help with the pr :)
