Go into the directory, where your package.json exists.
Then run:
docker run --rm -it -v $(pwd):/work -p 8080:8080 local/yarn yarn install
Issue:
docker run --rm -it -v $(pwd):/work -p 8080:8080 local/yarn yarn -v
