Add option to generate runners without generating feature files

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add parameter to generate only runners and skip generation of feature files. 
Cucable generates feature files in new flat directory. In my case I want to generate runners and keep my directory structures with my feature files.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Alternatively add this logic when desiredNumberOfFeatures=1.
