Login screen flashes when logged in

Just noting because this didn't used to happen but happens both locally and remotely for me now.

Just to be clear I tested this remotely in single user mode, and locally in multi-user mode. Not sure if they are the same thing

We added a loader screen now so this seems to have been fixed. Closing it but please reopen if you spot it again or something similar is problematic
