[tontester] Add more wrappers for litequeries

In particular, these have been spotted used in the wild:
- `tonlib_api.PackAccountAddressRequest` (is probably better solved with yungwine's smc wrappers)
- `tonlib_api.Raw_getAccountStateRequest`
- `tonlib_api.Raw_getAccountStateRequest`
- `tonlib_api.Smc_loadRequest` / `tonlib_api.Smc_runGetMethodRequest`
