From the docs I see that there is a way to specify a reference DICOM file. But given there is no reference file, it would be good to have an option to manually supply DICOM meta data e.g. via a JSON or YAML file.
This could generically support any DICOM attribute and write the provided attributes to the resulting DICOM file.
This way users can easily specify extra information about the NIfTI e.g. also information like age and sex, which is required for our downstream tasks.
